Description
This Racial and Ethnic Diversity module is one part of the ever-expanding Diversity and Inclusion Course Series. In this course, the learner will have the opportunity to explore how this idea fits into the workplace, the strengths and struggles of individuals, and will provide a different perspective for the learner to consider when working with individuals of diverse ethnic backgrounds. The Diversity and Inclusion series provides a unique perspective on this vital topic by providing stories of diversity through the eyes of real people.
